These terms of sale apply to the automation and consulting services offered by AUTOMATYZ, a French simplified joint-stock company (SASU) with a share capital of €500.

Nature of services

Automatyz offers consulting and automation implementation services for small businesses, built on the tools the client already uses (messaging, spreadsheets, CRM, calendar, etc.). The exact scope of each service is defined with the client following a preliminary discussion, before any commitment.

First conversation

A first 30-minute conversation is offered free of charge and without commitment to any prospect, in order to identify their needs and assess the feasibility of an automation. This conversation does not constitute the start of a billable service.

Quotes and approval

Every service is subject to a detailed quote, accepted by the client before work begins. Payment terms, timeline and precise scope are specified in this quote or in the associated contract.

Liability

Automatyz commits to implementing the means necessary for the proper delivery of its services. The client remains responsible for the accuracy of the information and access they provide for setting up the automations.
